Diagnostic Condition Notes

The Medical Software Associates clinical management software system allows you to describe the patient's condition more accurately, and save it for future reference. While many electronic health record software systems require that you enter diagnostic conditions in the very specific ICD9 format in order to qualify for insurance payments, our system does not. In fact, you can specify a separate set of diagnostic codes, which can be used in the medical record area of the system.

The Patient Encounter Form
The Medical Software Associates system provides a summary of your patient's full medical records for viewing at anytime. The screen includes all pertinent diagnostics, allergies and reactions, medications and any previous vital signs and medical alerts.
