service available to all clients. Our support staff consists of individuals

of 8:00 am till 7:00 pm EST. Rest assured in the fact that 95% of all
incoming calls are answered by an individual, and not voicemail, which
means you get help immediately.
Free Dial-Up Support
If our support team cannot walk you through the necessary steps over the
phone, dial up support is available at no extra cost. This service allows
us to make any necessary changes remotely. And because the medical profession
is a constantly changing environment, we provide immediate updates to
your system that incorporate all of Medicare's required changes and standards.
Updated information is available through our newsletter or in the "what's
new" area of our system.
We greatly encourage all of our clients to suggest new features, and often include them in updates. Our product has become a leader because of this cooperative stance, and we are always ready to take suggestions from clients.
