of critical importance. Whether you are attempting to transition from
one software package to another or are starting up a new practice, training
sets the pace for a successful future. This is why all of our trainers
have not only technical, but also practice and clinical management experience.
We have hand selected our trainers from around the United States to ensure
we always have the best on hand to help you integrate our systems into
your practice.
An Important Distinction Although training and support generally go hand in hand, with one being
no more important that the other, it is important to note that support
is not training and training is not support. Upon installation of our
Medical Practice/Clinical Management Software System, we provide you and
your staff with a thorough three-day onsite training session that includes
necessary training of Microsoft Word®. As well, you will be provided
with a complete operating manual and a quick reference guide.
Medical Software Associates trainers will go over each of your employees individual
job descriptions in order to train them on the system specifics that will
help to automate their day to day tasks and help them perform more efficiently.
In most cases, three days of training is more than enough time to ensure
your practice is running smoothly and efficiently. All of our system setups
include ICD-9 and CPT codes, referring providers, carriers and multiple
fee schedule entry.
